Online registration
Tickets, tables and sponsorship levels, plus gifts from supporters who can’t attend, paid by card with your own banner at the top. Guests can save a card for auction night and add names and meals later from their email.
Seating and meals
Drag parties onto tables, color-code meals, hold tables for sponsors, and draw the room. Print the seating chart, table tents, caterer counts and bid number lists.
Auction catalog
Donors offer items online; your catalog team bundles them into packages for the silent and live auctions, dessert and more, then prints bid sheets with suggested bids.
Sponsors and donors
One record per household, with sponsorships, gifts and purchases on it. Sponsors’ included tickets and tables go straight to your registration chair.
